WordPress: How to review blog posts (written by other users) before they get published on your WordPress blog?

If you have multiple users on your WordPress blogs, but you want to only actually publish content from some users after you have reviewed it, you can easily set this up.

All you need to do is set the other users (who you want to review) as a 'contributor'.

(To do this: Login as the admin user, edit their user account, change their user type to contributor)

When a 'contributor' is finished with their post, they can set it to 'Pending Review'

Then either you (the admin user) or an 'editor' will have to approve their content before it will get published.
